July 2004 Mission Trip

July third we are planning a trip to go work hand in hand with the Tzotzil in the construction of the first dorimitory. At the present time we are still short several thousand dollors needed for materials, but we are trusting God will provide the remaining recources need to complete the project.

Gaudalupa Victoria

Thank you for praying for Gaudalupa Victoria.

This is a mission southeast of San Cristobel de Las Casas. This mission is being persecuted; its members are being threatened with expulsion from their own homes. Please pray for these Tzotzil people as they seek to worship God in a hostile environment. Pray for those that persecute them; that the love of Christ would transform their hearts. Recently some of the church leadership was elected to some of the higher positions in the towns government. This turned the churches situation from one of persecution to that of tolerance from the towns people. Keep praying for more of the towns people to be saved.
